Build Better is a deck of 61 cards that turns friends, family or colleagues into coaches for one person. It gives you a structure for a real conversation about who they are, what they want to improve, and what they'll do next.
One person sits in the middle. Between one and five people coach them, or you can play solo and use the deck to coach yourself.
Start with the person. Choose the profile cards that sound most like them so everyone at the table is talking about the same person.
Sort the behaviour and competency cards to find what's already working and where getting better would matter most.
Turn that into a few concrete next steps the person chooses and owns, not a list someone else wrote for them.
You can play for right now (getting better at the life you have) or for what's next (getting ready for a future you're aiming at).
You don't need a coaching qualification or an HR job. The cards do the structuring so you can focus on listening.
